Behind Onyx
I actually enjoy figuring it out.
I’ve spent 12+ years working behind the scenes in digital marketing—building campaigns, landing pages, email, traffic sources, conversion paths, tracking, and the systems that keep everything moving.
A lot of my job was making sure things were actually working: where people came from, what they clicked, what converted, what didn’t, and where something was breaking. I also became the person who could get dropped into a new system and figure it out pretty quickly. I genuinely like doing that.
Then I started running my own holistic practice. I’ve been building it since 2020, and over time it grew into its own mix of services, experiences, education, websites, booking, email, digital tools, and automation.
That’s when I really understood the other side. I’ve paid for software for months because I knew I was “supposed” to use it while barely touching it. I’ve had the website that needed updating and the platform I knew could help—but didn’t have the time or mental energy to learn.
The difference is, I had the digital background to eventually figure it out. A lot of business owners don’t. That’s a big part of why Onyx exists.
